Wednesday, August 04, 2010. I think I cut a little over a minute off of last years swim. I also have a new road bike and it allowed me to increase my pace from 10 miles an hour last year to 15 miles per hour this year. Yay! I am thankful that I was introduced to this sport by Mike's cousin, Tanya. It is so fun and rewarding. I really think you should have a Sprint tri on your bucket list. There is time, there was a 71 year old who did the event in under 2 hours! It is so worth it! Little Toes, Litte Nose.

Sunday, April 21, 2013. We noticed that the last time we posted was when Aubrey, nearly 8, turned 6. So, I guess it is fairly apropos to start back up when Ainsley turned six. I thought it was a horrible nightmare that I had, but my youngest little munch confirmed this morning that it had NOT been a bad dream.that she truly had turned six. AHHHH! Maybe when you turn 7, you will know how to blow out candles. Ainsley getting ready to go to her school birthday celebration. I'm six and I know it!

Monday, February 19, 2007. Palm Springs 1/2 Marathon! On Sunday, February 18th, my niece, Brittany (AKA Bug) and I ran the Palm Springs 1/2 Marathon! We waited until the last minute to try to book a hotel for the holiday weekend and were SOL! Gavin didn't enjoy seeing me run by though.he'd scream and cry each time I passed him! Cheers to another marvelous long run! I'm stoked that you just ran a half marathon! Congrats also for posting another blog; you've been dry for awhile. lol! So what was the time?
