Well, I’ve been sickly during the past few months so I decided that maybe changing my lifestyle would bring me back to my energy levels back in the olden days. I know I’m getting old. I just turned 32 and I can now really feel it. the age I mean😀. I’m keeping a diary of food which I’m keeping inside my wallet.
