CHASSIS

This is the first stage of the chassis. And will be the very bottom chassis rail. On the buggie.From the begining make. Sure you tack your pieces up first and. Then weld in stages to prevent twists. From the metal heating up. The pieces that form the nose at the front and the two uprights in the middle have been added. Here is a shot of the uper rail attached to the lower rail. Another angle: All mesurements are correct to this point so we can go ahead with the rollbars.

REAR AXLE SETUP

Above is the rear axle wich was supplied by edge. It has keyways and HT holden 5 stud hubs fitted. Here is the rear axle bearings and flanges also supplied by the edge. There are two flanges for each side,one is welded onto the axle housing. There is a small nipple type thing on the bearings supplied by edge wich i needed to gring flat for a good fit in the flanges. Below is the bearings and axles set up in the rear suspension arm.

Above are the front stub axles supplied by edge. They have steering arms and front disc brake calliper mounts also.
