16 Bits of Information. Life Art Music Musings. Monday, May 21, 2012. It's been a while. Enjoy. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Studied at Academy of Art University, graduated 2008 with a degree in Animation and Visual Effects (focus on game design and 3D character modeling). Currently working at WMS Gaming in Chicago, making art for slot machines. Pretty satisfying job, but I like to stay on my toes so I try to work on side projects when I get the time. 16 Bits of Information.: New Year, New Art!
http://16bitinfo.blogspot.com/2013/01/new-year-new-art.html
16 Bits of Information. Life Art Music Musings. Tuesday, January 15, 2013. New Year, New Art! First speed sculpt of the year. Kinda dark. Took about 2 hours, no real reference, and I think it shows. I need to model out more monsters and women this year. I guess that's my resolution. Monsters, ladies, and maybe even monster-ladies! Hope you like this one in the meantime, though! 16 Bits of Information. Life Art Music Musings. Saturday, March 16, 2013. Or, How I Learned To Stop Talking About It and Just Make A Damned Game Already! So towards the end of last year, my buddy Kyle and I got together to make something in Unity. That something is still on its way. But as a lead up to that (my current) project, Kyle and I joined forces to make Fermentatron with the talented Ben Crossbones. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. 16 Bits of Information.: Poor Decisions in Music, March 2012

16 Bits of Information. Life Art Music Musings. Saturday, March 17, 2012. Poor Decisions in Music, March 2012. I've been making some pretty bad decisions in my musical choices lately. The most recent: Gotye's Making Mirrors. Aside from the fantastic gem that is Somebody That I Used To Know. And the couple songs before it in the tracklist, the album quickly devolves into a "Peter Gabriel and Sting aren't so much influences as they are direct sources" fare. 16 Bits of Information.: Attack of the Walama
http://16bitinfo.blogspot.com/2012/11/attack-of-walama.html
16 Bits of Information. Life Art Music Musings. Sunday, November 18, 2012. Attack of the Walama. So today, I discovered this time-sink/website, The Useless Web. A web portal to a bunch of useless websites. One of those sites, however, was not so useless: the glorious Walama. I immediately felt the need to sculpt this creepy/cute dude out, if for anything, than just to get away from the slump I've been in lately. 1 Hour Walama Speedsculpt. Hope you enjoy it. 16 Bits of Information.: Scott Campbell's Philosopher! IN THREEE DEEEEEE!
http://16bitinfo.blogspot.com/2012/06/scott-campbells-philosopher-in-threee.html
16 Bits of Information. Life Art Music Musings. Friday, June 1, 2012. So things were a bit slow at work this week, and I've had a hankering to do a low poly, hand-painted character for a while now. Being a huge Scott C. fan, I found myself doing a speed model of his character, the Philosopher. Model and UVs: roughly 4 hours. Textures: about 2 hours. Rig/Pose/Comp: 2 or 3 hours. A series of tool presets that mimic traditional media. Anyway, hope you enjoy! June 15, 2012 at 11:23 PM.
