Very embarrassed.but it seem that is a must processes. This time i told them face by face by myself but not through observation from parents. Another challenge for me. Review my performance all these 3 years. In term of efficiency and effectiveness are decreasing. But without any denying. I still learnt something. It is gonna end soon.
