Wednesday, September 14, 2011. Sonora Pass - Sept 11. Right after the second lap it snowed on me! Thursday, September 8, 2011. September 5, Labor Day, Sisters Peak (Mainly). Shredding a shallow but steep chute on Sisters Peak-Memorial Day. Thursday, September 1, 2011. Sonora Pass - August 27 and 28. Okay, this is going to sound crazy, but as long as I snowboard at least once during each week of September, I will have snowboarded for 52 consecutive weeks, an entire year! My damage - from the bottom.

Friday, December 23, 2011. Still riding machine-made snow - no backcountry yet. Monday, December 5, 2011. Some more action from the Sonora Pass. If I remember correctly, this was mid-October. A couple quick laps under the lights at Boreal. Due to dry conditions during this early season, I'm more or less forced to come here because no snow is in the backcountry yet, at least not to depths needed. Snowfall is supposed to become intense a few days before Christmas and continue that way through winter!

Monday, March 21, 2011. I managed to get a few photos of a really intense sunset I observed about a month ago when I was riding in the Emerald Bay area. These were taken with my cell phone camera and don't even come close to capturing the intensity of the pinks and oranges that were in the sky, but it was the best camera I had with me. I thought this old dead tree, the big rock formation, and the cloud were all cool. Taken from the top of the steep face. March 19 - Random Pow Day. At the DLB - March 14.

I'm sorry there isn't many, I kept forgetting to take pictures. My project was of a pegasus. There's not really a specific reason, I just think they are beautiful. I love the greek myths and the amazing fantasy creatures, pegasus being one of my favorites, so I thought, why not? I changed the design quite a bit, not entirely intentionally, but I like it.
