To follow-up on this I also asked Joel’s Dad, Al, what lessons he has learnt and what advice he would give to his 30-year-old self while on the cusp of having his first child. My wife was quite relaxed about the whole thing, so it took some of the burden or pressure of the situation. She was confident so I was confident.
