Tuesday, May 5, 2015. 從1km的喘.到3km的喘.到5km的喘.到10km的喘. 所以現在的我已經跑了3個medal.其中一個medal我稱它為很有誠意的medal (含義：有quality的medal). Green Corridor Run (10km). 因為第一次跑run,根本沒有注意幾點開跑. 没有吃早餐.结果靠着一包豆奶跑完10km.（還沒開跑就餓到半條命了）結果flag off time 10am,在暴曬中完成崎嶇不平的route. 這簡直是一個跑玩耍的run.因為一路上有很多奇怪的娛樂. 比如說跑到一半有booth拍照.有肥皂泡沫玩.還有跑在沙灘上.所以這5km比平常我自己跑5km花的时间多很多很多.
