Mr Wilfred Broussard was one of the most compassionate and influential Child Welfare and Attendance Supervisors in the State of Louisiana. One of the contributions he made for the enhancement of all Child Welfare and Attendance Supervisors was the development of a Handbook for our New Supervisors. He left a mark of excellence in the hearts of all Child Welfare and Attendance Supervisors as well as School Social Workers.
