When families are evaluating what their loved ones need and at what level is the most appropriate care given the following questions are important to discuss:. 1 Financially, how much money do you have and how long does it need to last. Everyone wants to stay in their home but sometimes the math doesn't work out. Consider if a person requires 24 hour care and caregivers can't be live-in and sleep at night. 3 Is the problem temporary?
