Making epub happen: Sigil 0.8.4 Released

http://sigildev.blogspot.com/2015/02/sigil-084-released.html

The development blog of Sigil, the epub editor. Monday, February 2, 2015. Sigil 0.8.4 Released. With only one day after the 0.8.3 release 0.8.4 is being released. My deepest apologies because this means there is a bad bug. Admittedly it will only impact a very small amount of users but it was big enough to warrant a new release. Again my apologies. You can find binary packages here. For those curious about the one line entry in the change log, here. Posted by John Schember. New Home Page / Web Site.

Making epub happen: An analysis of EPUB3 (and, uh, a bit more)

http://sigildev.blogspot.com/2011/02/analysis-of-epub3-and-uh-bit-more.html

The development blog of Sigil, the epub editor. Sunday, February 20, 2011. An analysis of EPUB3 (and, uh, a bit more). I swear when I’m frustrated. That makes this post obscene even by Chris Rock’s standards. Proceed with caution. Also, this was (and is) supposed to be about EPUB3, but as I kept writing it, it kept growing. Fuck it, I’ll just post it as it is.]. The IDPF published the current draft. And what follows is a digested summary of my views and sentiments. All hail the mighty iPad. I’ll st...
