Levy Appoints New Sales Director. Jonathan Davies has been appointed sales director for Levy Restaurants UK, the sport, leisure and hospitality business of Compass. He joins from Centerplate (formerly Lindley) where he was commercial director responsible for new business, client retention, marketing and communications.
