Peach and cranberry crumble. Preheat the oven to 200C. Butter a 20 x 20 or similar ovenproof dish with butter. Place all the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix. Spoon the mixture into the dish. Place the flour, oats, ginger and sugar in a large bowl and mix well. Shred butter in the mixture and rub into the flour. Keep rubbing until the mixture resembles smaller and bigger breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the mixture on top of the fruit. Top with almonds.

Salmon and shrimp pizza. I love pizza. But it has to be good. Really good. Not long ago, I had the chance to test the new a . And I must say I was amazed by the result. I just loved it. And that was the day this recipe came to me since I had some leftover salmon from a tasting, some shrimp and peas in the freezer and tons of canned tomatoes. Boil peas for 10 minutes and drain. Heat the oven to 200C. Line baking tray with baking paper. Put all the ingredients in bowl and mix to make a smooth dough. Don't over mix, or they will loose their essential crunchiness. Turn onto a work surface and gently roll out until the dough is 5 mm thick.
