Jam and so on. How to get here? Via Fornace 9, Mezzacca. 23817 Cassina Valsassina (LC). Fruit garden and products: cell. 348 670 8313. Eatingplace: cell. 338 80 94 75. How to get there from Milan:. Take thew SS36 to Lecco. Just before Lecco, after the tunnel (SS36) under Mount Barro, take the exit Valsassina. More tunnels, finishing on a roundabout. Take the first exit direction Barzio. Turn to the right after 3 km., direction Barzio. You pass the village Maggio. 2016 Azienda Agricola Signûr.

Donkeys :: Azienda Agricola Signûr

Jam and so on. How to get here? The donkeys give us a hand by keeping the grass in the fruit orchard short. They are great 'lawn mowers' except for when they are visited by children or other guests that visit the farm; they very much like company, attention and a hug and are very curious animals! Jam and so on. How to get here? Fruit vinegars are great for giving taste and perfume to vegetable salads, fruit salads, fish dishes and white meat like chicken. The fruits are put together with a good quality white wine vinegar in a way that the vinegar proces restarts. After half a year the fruits are filtered out and a bit of our honey is added for sweetening. Once bottled there a residue of the fruits that sinks to the bottom: all natural and tasty! Jam and so on. How to get here? On the farm everyone, animals included, has its tasks. Some work hard and strenuous, some take it a bit calmer and some are just cunny. Jam and so on. How to get here? All sirups are made of our home grown fruits and flowers. By adding (sparkling) water they make refreshing and healthy drinks but of course you can use them as a tasty topping on yoghurt, icecream or pudding. The Black Currant Sirup is packed with vitamin C and helpfull in case of a cold. It's a sirup with a full taste that makes a nice 'aperitivo' by mixing it with a Pro Secco.
