Transportation for Independent Living. Door to Door pick up and drop off. TIL operates on a non-fixed route system. TIL crosses county lines with no additional fees. Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We request appointments be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Last minute appointments may be accommodated based upon availability. For more information or to schedule a ride please call TIL at 216-731-RIDE (7433). Please call Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Euclid, OH 44132.
