Things to think about:. If this country is to EVER. Yes, this country had slaves.slavery is bad! Instead of getting your panties in a wad about what happened in the past why not put your energy into ending slavery and slave like conditions which exist in countries today. I am not dismissing or making light of slavery and the role of slaves in this country and I believe it should be taught better in schools. But I believe schools could do better in teaching many things not just this.
