Seaside Creativity: Another Peek!!
http://seasidecreativity.blogspot.com/2007/09/another-peek.html
Monday, September 3, 2007. Here is another card I just made using one of the new soon to be released sets from Flourishes - this one uses the O Christmas Tree set, which contains 25 stamps. There are so many ways to trim this cute tree. I started by making a card out of Strathmore watercolor paper, which I embossed using the Cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder. The red mat was created using the Nestability scalloped rectangle die cut. This is SO pretty! September 3, 2007 at 12:09 PM.

Seaside Creativity: April 2007

Monday, April 30, 2007. A little toile goes a long way. I was in Michael's over the weekend with some friends, primarily to look at the new Martha Stewart products, but also to scavenge through the $1 bins. I like Martha's products - her color palette has always been very pleasing to me, so we purchased some of the paper (and split it up so that we each got at least one of each color). In an otherwise empty $1 bin, sat two round buttons. I reached in to get a better look and .oh no. Why "oh no" you ask?

Sweetpea Sentiments: Working on New Things
http://sweetpeasentiments.blogspot.com/2008/09/working-on-new-things.html
Friday, September 5, 2008. Working on New Things. Now that my daughter has me a new banner, my second son, Mark, is here helping me with the images. Here goes:. This is a birthday card I made for a card party. Question: Does it look like a lady bug or a fly? I think you have a complex over that ladybug! September 5, 2008 at 8:24 PM. How cute is that fly! It has spots so it does look like a ladybug! September 6, 2008 at 2:21 AM. And I don't think it looks like a fly! I'm a new blogger. :-).

Tuesday, April 17, 2007. Well, the parties are over and I am embarking on a new experience. Two Words: Weight Watchers. I was kind of nervous going to my first meeting, but there were 6 other ladies there and I felt better when I left. Hope I can do it! Need to quit those late night tootsie roll binges. But what is cardmaking and scrapbooking without chocolate? Sunday, April 15, 2007. 40 years and counting. Wednesday, April 11, 2007. The dragon fly was cut by my Cricut. Sunday, 3 March 2013. Well I've not blogged for a very long time nearly 5 years in fact, but my husband keeps nagging me so I thought today was the day. Have been for a long family walk, the girls are relaxing and the hubby is reading. So whilst I drink me cup of tea I thought I would show you my latest creation. Not card making but knitting. The pattern is Voodoo You Love Me by Susan Claudino, super easy knit and brilliantly written pattern, highly recommend it. Voodoo you love me. Me and the Girls.

Seaside Creativity: Watercolor Dreams
http://seasidecreativity.blogspot.com/2007/09/watercolor-dreams.html
Saturday, September 15, 2007. Has it been ten days since I posted? We've been so busy at the Flourishes Studio and yesterday Jan and I finally took the chance to actually stamp for pleasure! We both worked with the Fantasy Floral Garden set available at. I brought along my Zia Watercolor. Wash sprays - I love these and don't create with them nearly as often as I should. Strathmore Watercolor Paper, cold press, 140 lb. Zia Watercolor Wash Sprays. Palette Noir Hybrid Ink. Rose Red and Black Cardstock.

Saturday, 31 May 2008. Had these ATC blanks around for quite a while, and had coloured in more than one image, so while I sorted out the scraps from earlier, I quickly made this up. Going to have to do this again, it was such fun, and only took moments. Papers - Creative Memories. PWC - Katharina's Sketch 3. It's a new magnolia stamp from their Stamp Club (I won the set on ebay this week - am I happy girl or what! Hope you like, off to the garden centre later and then to work. Enjoy your weekend. Wednesday, 30 April 2008. Tilda in Grass (or Heather). Saturday, 26 April 2008. Alicia has a birthday party to go to and my card box, did not have anything suitable for a seven year old girl. So out came my new Eloise Greengrass stamp isn't she gorgeous, I think this is a very sophisticated card for Holly, but I think she will like it. I've painted her with Twinkling H20's and used crystal stickles on her wings (I think they are wings but it could be her dress). Stamp: Eloise Greengrass by Stamping Bella.

Wednesday, 20 March 2013. Need to do a simple knit, with not much thinking involved, but am fed up of socks. Decided Stephen West's Daybreak pattern would be ideal. This was a great pattern and I really enjoyed it, though I did stop at 18 stripes (instead of 20) and only did 5 purl ridges on the border (should have been 7), but I am waiting for another sample knit yarn to arrive so I needed this off the needles. Hope you have a good week. Sunday, 17 March 2013. I've have just started on. By Stephen West,...
