Throw me a proverbial bone? 08 Apr 2013 03:13pm. Did you know cocoa beans can be ground and brewed like coffee? How did I not know this was a thing? I just got home from school and drank my first cup of it: black, with a spoonful of honey. Now I feel alert and energized, but in a healthy way, without the lurking undercurrent of mania that coffee usually gives. It made me really happy! Highly recommended, at least to try. With this sickness, it seems I either want all the food or none of it. Food might play a role, especially if this is IBS. God help me if there's a food intolerance or celiac disease. So basically two jobs, but one I pay to do. What did I want, three or more years ago? The Valentine's Day special dessert (I normally work Thurs-Sat, but you know, holiday) was chocolate mousse in a tuille cup, with crushed nougatine and chocolate shards on top, and cherry compote to garnish. Lovely, except for the chef-decreed assembly technique: the mousse was piped. Yep. I defy anyone to squeeze chocolate mousse from a pastry bag and make it look like anything but poo. 101 goals in 1001 days. Jan 12th, 2012 at 2:49 PM. I think this is it :D. 1 Finish a scrapbook. Get my 2 year degree (and continue on, but just in case.). They counted my 300 level art class as a substitution for a basic course! This way, if we do have to move, I don't have to worry about most of my credits transferring! 4 Make a wall hanging (sewing). Make a small blanket (sewing). Went to my first quilting retreat this spring, and made a lap sized quilt! 6 Make a large blanket (sewing). 14 Get in shape.

After looking at at least a thousand lists of goals, I have realized that 1) most people want to do the same things in life and 2) a majority of people want to have skinnydipped. I totally recommend it, it's so different :D and also 3) I have things that I want to do that will never be public knowledge ;P. Dec 31st, 2010 at 3:45 PM.
