We live in Harmony! Wednesday, April 22, 2009. Celebrate the tiny victories! We found a way to make instant potatoes and put them in a syringe and Sarah can squirt them thru her teeth. Sound yummy! Hurray for potatoe smoothies! Way to go and find something that works. I don't think you should wire your mouth shut quite yet, as book club is at my mothers next week :) So glad to hear Sarah is going ok, things will only start to get better I'm sure! 시련을 딛고..

2015년 2월 20일 금요일. 해운대 송정] 맛의 최강 달인에 등극한 짬뽕 부산에 상륙 이비가짬뽕. 비번 때마다 점심은 밖에서 먹는다는 생각 때문에 싱글벙글하게 된다. 평소 일어나는 시간에 기상하여 달리기 복장을 갖추고 밖으로 나간다. 훈련 뒤 잠시 낮잠을 잘 수 있으니 비번. 장거리 훈련을 하는 경우가. 오늘 달리기는 강한 훈련을. 집 앞에서 출발하여 장산 오른쪽 산책로를 왕복하는 코스. 부터 계속되는 가파른 오르막 때문에 걷지 않으려는 자신과의. 싸움이 시작되는 구간이 이어진다. 오늘도 이를 악물고 예정된 코스를 걷지 않고 달려 마무리했다. 1시간 30분을 쉬지 않고 달렸더니. 그래도 옆지기가 준비해 준 삼겹살로 로딩을 하니 회복이 된다. 3주째 쉬지 못하는 옆지기에게 괜스레 미안한 생각이 들어 위로를 해보지만. 차로 태워주고 돌아오는 기분이 영 씁쓸하다. 집에 도착하여 잠시 휴식을 취하다가 낮잠. 역시 강한 훈련 뒤의 낮잠은 너무나 달콤하다. 무얼 먹을까 걱정을 한다. 은 조금 비싼 편입니다.
