Crazy Dave and his crazy brother-in-law Don, and his crazy supervisor Kenny started the year with a "splash" by starting the first annual "New Year's Day Polar Bear Swim" in our backyard pool. Friday, September 25, 2009. It was against the Highland Hurricanes. They won SSC last year so that was a big accomplishment for us. We won in two straight games. 1st game: 26 to 24 (we won). We made a huge comeback in this game. They were at 23 and us at 17, then we served it out and they went to 24. Then, they got to serve and we had a huge rally and we got the point.
