Thursday, August 06, 2015. A month or so ago we had a special projects day at Allatoona focusing on selvages. We were each given a kit to make a mug rug – only selvages needed to be added. Thursday, February 12, 2009. OK - I made another ORT jar tonight and took photos as I went. Here we go! First - here is the supply list. 3 inch wooden ring (inner part of embroidery hoop). Small piece of batting. Thread to match fabric. Small round container (I used Crystal Light - my favorite rasberry tea). Sew the length-wise seam.
