Long time ago (probably 4 years ago), I tried to make whipped cream with heavy cream but did not have much success. Since then, I had been avoiding recipes that call for homemade whipped cream. With the whipped cream, I made strawberry torte from Martha's website. It came out pretty good and was a great hit when I brought it to work. A light and refreshing dessert.
