香港地少人多，而地中少平地，維港兩岸市區的平地更少。這是香港作為一個城市的很大缺陷。可是禍福相依、利弊共存，上述缺陷又造就了香港很大的優點，就是便利。 平地少使一切都密集起來，高度集中，什麼都「梗有一間係左近」(總有一家在附近)。公共交通經過多年的有計劃發展，配套越來越完備，特別是鐵路，地上地下成網，庶幾可說已無遠弗屆。當連接上內地的交通網，如今即使大雨傾盆，也可以不用打傘地、點到點到達深圳、廣州……等等的某個地方。早幾天在地鐵上，就聽到有遊客讚歎：香港的交通真方便。說的當然是公共交通，香港的人均私家車擁有量，在附近城市以至在世界上，都是偏低的。 還有一個優點是市區與郊區緊密接合，可以轉瞬間從繁鬧的市區街道走到清幽的郊野山徑去。這也是因為山多平地少之故。在市區，能建房屋的山坡都建起高樓大廈了，但仍有大量大至保持着自然生態的地方。港島很多這樣的地方，就在鬧市咫尺之外。 這是大家都知道的，但未必能常常在熱鬧與清幽之間作境界跨越。放不下雜務、捨不得舒適、不願意淌一身汗，你就只好像籠裡的小鳥望着青山綠水興嘆了。 就在立秋那一天的中午，我從火辣辣的街頭登上一架巴士，享受一下片時的涼快&...這樣的預測的確有潮流&...
