'I' Times 2: Twirly Girls
http://i-times-two.blogspot.com/2012/04/twirly-girls.html
Thursday, 19 April 2012. I found a very simple and easy tutorial a few days ago. It was so simple that I wondered why I hadn't thought of it myself! And here it is! I wanted to make a newborn skirt. So i followed the link to get the tutorial, but followed the measurements from the. I made the skirt 17" around without much thought, and 8.5" down. I made this one a. So I made it 17" for the length and folded it in half, then followed the directions as normal. Pretty cute don't you think? Go forth and sew!

http://i-times-two.blogspot.com/2012/04/kcwc-day-one.html
Saturday, 28 April 2012. For day 1 of KCWC. I decided to finish a project for Charlotte - Fabric Painting. This is what my project started as. A DIY disaster! And this is how it finished! A nice heart painted singlet top! The paint cracked a bit, so it looks a little rustic, but I like it. I can not wait to get pictures of baby Charlotte in all these clothes. 'I' Times 2: From Drab to Fab!
http://i-times-two.blogspot.com/2012/04/from-drab-to-fab.html
Friday, 13 April 2012. From Drab to Fab! So the other day I gave you a little preview of a gorgeous. Little dress I had made. Remember? Well I didn't make the whole dress! It did start out as a onesie. I mentioned that I would possibly write out a tutorial. Tonight is the night I do it! I looked at plenty. Of tutorials on how to make one of these, and I didn’t really like the look of the end product. For some reason the onesie seemed to look all stretched. And out of shape. To hear from you. Pretty strai...

'I' Times 2: May 2012
http://i-times-two.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Monday, 7 May 2012. Hoot Hoot - It's a Wrap! I few weeks ago I bought this dress from Ebay. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to do with it considering it was a size 8 and I doubt I could get a size 8 over my head. So after days of thinking and nights of surfing Pinterest, I decided to try a wrap-around dress. I didn't use a pattern and kind of just winged it. I drew around a size 2 dress of Isabels, and modified it a little to have a wrap around shape. This is the end result! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

'I' Times 2: 5 Minute Baby Headband Tutorial
http://i-times-two.blogspot.com/2012/04/5-minute-baby-headband-tutorial.html
Friday, 6 April 2012. 5 Minute Baby Headband Tutorial. I love to see little baby girls in gorgeous headbands. It adds 100 points. To their cuteness level! So, I have made 2 (so far). For my niece-on-the-way. This is how I did it! Embellishments of your choice. First thing I do is measure out around 33cm. On my elastic lace and cut it there. This all depends on how big the baby's head is/will be. I overlap the ends (making sure the elastic isn't twisted anywhere). And glue with around a cm overlap. Anyone...

http://i-times-two.blogspot.com/2012/04/mumma-missed-out.html
Saturday, 28 April 2012. This week is KCWC or Kids Clothing Week Challenge. Pop on over here to have a squiz. Some amazing talent to Ooh and Aah over! I signed myself up for the challenge on Sunday night. On Monday I managed to complete day 1. A gorgeous heart printed top. But on the second night, disaster struck. My little girl got sick. So sick that she wouldn't let me leave her side, and we ended up sleeping on the lounge together. Little Miss Isabel is on the mend now, she had a case of Roseola.

'I' Times 2: Oh So Soft!
http://i-times-two.blogspot.com/2012/04/oh-so-soft.html
Monday, 9 April 2012. As a mother of 2 little girls, I have Barbies. All over the house. These dolls all come along with hair. LOTS of hair. Kids being kids mean that they don't realise they need to look after the dolls hair to keep them looking nice, so this is where I come in. Keep reading if you want the trick to getting barbies hair nice and smooth. Today I spent a whole hour. Brushing these dolls hair, but I had a trick. I found out from Cookie and Claire. That the secret is in Fabric Softener.
