Montag, 26. Januar 2009. Cartagena ist eine romantische Stadt mit ueber 1 Mio. Einwohner. Die Altstadt ist ummauert und mit Kanonen gut ausgeruestet. Es erinnert hier alles an die alten Piraten-Zeiten. Wir wohnten ca. 2 km vom Stadtzentrum, was man finanziell und auch baulich schon sehr gut merkt. Der Unterschied zwieschen arm und reich ist riesig und liegt hier sehr nahe beieinander. Flug nach Cartagena, Colombia. Ein Hippie im Hippiedorf. Puerto Viejo, Cahuita. Dienstag, 17. Februar 2009. Nun geniessen wir noch die letzten Tag mit relaxen, bevor es weiter nach Miami geht. Am 1309 landen wir um 11.45 Uhr in Kloten. Macheds guet und bis bald…. Mittwoch, 11. Februar 2009. Galapagos Inseln, Santa Cruz. Heute hatten wir unseren ersten Tauchgang in den Gordon Rocks. Unsere Erwartungen wurden total erfuellt. Donnerstag, 5. Februar 2009. Mit dem oeffentlichen Bus fuhren wir in 7 anstatt den versprochenen 5 Stunden von Cartagena nach Taganga. Taganga ist ein kleines, friedliches Fischerdorf, 5 km von Santa Marta entfernt. Am Strand entland findet man schoene open-air Restaurants und mehrere Tauchschulen.
