This is an easy one to make on those mornings when you just need something hot and satisfying for breakfast. Get creative with this one. Other than the tofu and turmeric (for colour), you can pretty much add anything you would like. Mushrooms, black beans, potatoes, shredded cabbage, all would have been a welcomed addition. 1/2 Block of Tofu (Extra Firm, Organic). 1 Red Pepper (Chopped). Pinch of Black Pepper.
