Following his initial musical training in Cambridge where he studied classical piano with the concert pianist Philip Mead, Dave attended the first ever Jazz, Rock and Studio Music Summer School at the Guildhall School of Music in London, where he was inspired by tuition in jazz piano and harmony with the late Lionel Grigson. Adventures in the Jazz Archive. February 17, 2015. Do you wake up with a tune in your head? Some months ago, my bandmate John Hutson brought a lead sheet to one of our gigs and we played “Yeh Yeh” without rehearsing, a common occurrence for us. While I had a vague recollection of the tune, playing it live tweaked my curiosity and I’m now fascinated by the history of it. The original composers wrote a call and response melody made up of two riffs, the second a third lower than the first. 2/17/15, 1:28 PM.

The famous local hard rock band that emerged from the skeletal remains of the London Rock Legends BAD II THE BONE. The Norsemen were eager to see the rock trio that includes Ed (on guitar and lead vocals) Smiffy (on bass and supporting vocals) and Les (on drums) they play plays 1970s and 1980s Classic Rock.
