Scott and Heather and Balian: January 2009
http://scottsimon.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Scott and Heather and Balian. A Series Of Unfortunate Events" (and one good one). I think, at a child's birth, if a mother could ask a fairy godmother to endow it with the most useful gift, that gift should be curiosity.". Saturday, January 10, 2009. Because it’s on a Jeep in a beach community, I picture the driver as a youngish man with a surf board stashed in the back seat. The words, written in a whimsical, happy font, have a definite surfer vibe to them: “Dude, life is. Or is he merely gloating:.

Scott and Heather and Balian. A Series Of Unfortunate Events" (and one good one). I think, at a child's birth, if a mother could ask a fairy godmother to endow it with the most useful gift, that gift should be curiosity.". Sunday, February 14, 2010. Valentine’s Day last year was a gray, grim day for me. (For reasons having nothing to do with the actual holiday.) I struggled through the long day, which culminated in me sobbing in the drive-through of a KFC. Yeah, right.). Furthermore, we spend every penny...

I took Balian to get some photos taken yesterday. They turned out beautifully, although Balian was NOT cooperative and the poor photographer had to take quick snaps in the moments when he wasn't fussing or crying or scowling. Take a look here. Yes, I'm happy.

Changed Priorities Ahead: October 2009
http://ourchangedpriorities.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Saturday, October 24, 2009. So we have had another doctors visit with our sweet boy - he is now 31 inches tall and almost 21 lbs - he is doing well and only hates us a little when we have him vaccinated. He flirted with the nurse this time- until she held him down and stuck needles in his legs, then he didn't like her anymore. He has been keeping us busy this month- he has started dragging us where he wants us to be and usually that is running around like a maniac or dancing. Wednesday, October 7, 2009.

Changed Priorities Ahead: March 2010
http://ourchangedpriorities.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 29, 2010. Making my tired ache. Covered in white chocolate. Just being my cutie :). Wednesday, March 10, 2010. Yeah, Yeah, We need to post already. Okay, so it is way past time for an update. Gregor is growing like a weed, and once he discovered real words he has been a non-stop chatterbox. He has a little stuffed Elmo that he loves, and Elmo has become his favorite word. He really likes the word NO, and he likes his "duckie" when he is in the tub. Here are some recent pictures:.

Changed Priorities Ahead: November 2009
http://ourchangedpriorities.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 1, 2009. Gregor decided that he wanted to be a little dinosaur for Halloween. He really enjoyed being in costume, except for the hat. He was facinated with the whole pumpkin carving idea, and he really likes roasted pumpkin seeds. Without further ado. PICTURES. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Jonathan, Kendra and Family. Changed Priorities Ahead: China part 3... The REAL Big Buddha
http://ourchangedpriorities.blogspot.com/2010/06/china-part-3-real-big-buddha.html
Saturday, June 19, 2010. China part 3. The REAL Big Buddha. Anyway, I should be home Wednesday. On to the slideshow:. Next to the toilet in the Bathroom is a small red button. I am assuming that it is for "Emergencies", but the translation says "Emergence". I guarantee that if ANYTHING emerges from the toilet, pushing that button will not be the first thing on my list. The view of Buddha from the tram leading up to the monestary. You can see the "small" set of stairs leading up. You missed Fathers Day!

Changed Priorities Ahead: What we did for our summer vacation
http://ourchangedpriorities.blogspot.com/2010/10/what-we-did-for-our-summer-vacation.html
Sunday, October 10, 2010. What we did for our summer vacation. So I realize it been forever since we've posted anything, all I can say is we decided we were too lazy for awhile. Anyway I thought I'd give you a heads up on what has been happening with us. Earlier in the summer I hosted my family reunion, it turned out okay but I was left mildly insane from the experience. We spent lost of the time at parks - this time Gregor was lucky enough to have someone to play with other than mom- she is boring.
