I found this cake recipe in a book from the library, The Farm: Rustic Recipes for a Year of Incredible Food. 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (not dutch-process). 1 1/2 tsp salt. 1 1/4 tsp baking soda. 1 medium zucchini, grated.
