We are getting ready to celebrate its bicentennial. Winding through our farm is a river called Chagrin. Several years ago, my husband and sons made a sitting area for me along the river. A Domestic Goddess Gone Bad. Monday, May 4, 2009. OK - so I've been playing around with a quiche recipe I found in. And I think I've mastered it down to simplicity. So if you like quiche, give this a try. as you can see I could not even wait to take a picture before I had a bite. 3/4 c 2% cottage cheese. 9 egg whites (use boxed egg whites, in egg sect.). 1/4c onion, diced. 4oz ham steak ( I buy Cumberland farms diced ham). 1T chives (or green onions). 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes. 1/4c onion, chopped.
