Sunday, July 19, 2015. I had a wonderful visit with a Endocrinologist last week. I am so glad that I made that appointment. They gave me so much more information on diabetes and my diet than my primary Dr. I now know that I do not have to give up all the foods I like, just have to have them in moderation. She is my only Granddaughter, I have 3 Grandsons and as special as they are, there is something about a Granddaughter! Saturday, August 29, 2015. A new Simple Pleasure! We have a new restaurant "Red Robin" so after my Dr. Appointment yesterday I told Him That I wanted to try it and of course he agreed!
