Although we knew it was coming; it was none the less painful. Tuesday, October 31, 2006. Hope you all got lots of treats and not tricks. We didn't have one trick or treater. Glad I didn't buy much candy; I would just eat it all. It's not snowing like it often is on Halloween, but it is very cold. As a side note, it has been 20 years since we moved into our home and it did snow that day. Where have 20 years gone? Saturday, October 28, 2006. Broderick Alan was born on October 14th at 12:49 pm He weighed 7lbs. 6oz. and was 20 1/2 inches long and just perfect. He was named after my husband, his grandfather, Richard(Rick)Alan. Needless to say grandpa is very honored and so proud. Brody is so very precious and how very blessed we feel to have a beautiful granddaugher and now a beautiful grandson. I was there for his birth; and I can not begin to express what an awe inspiring experience it was. They are so calm!
