Work Smart, Do More with Less. How do we get people to recycle? March 13, 2014. There are 2 problems with recycling bins. 1 They are often used as trash bins. 2. Recycleables are not placed in right bins – plastic bottles in trash bin, paper in plastic bottles bin, dirty containers in recycling bins. I was at Westgate for lunch today and on my way home passed a set of standard recycling bins. They were small and insignificant, an embarrassed afterthought. It’ll be cool to recycle.
