Simply Being Nothing else to do, nowhere else to be. Jump to main navigation and login. Free Mindfulness Practice Group in Ayr. The group meets every Tuesday night 6.30-7.30pm in lecture theatre 2, Ayr campus of the University of West Scotland (UWS). It will involve a 30 minute guided mindfulness practice and there will be time for reflection, discussion and questions after this. It will run every week, barring the odd holiday, and will be free of charge. Yourself encouraged to speak up if you do.
