I grew up with the flavors of Chutney. A recent visit home inspired me to start gathering my mom's recipes and fine-tune them to my health-conscious and busy lifestyle. I'm starting my experiment in May 2011 and will add the recipes to this website as I develop my own versions of them based on my mom's original formula. Mix into rice or soup or coat it over meat for extra flavor. Eat with hard boiled eggs. Add to hors d ouevre as a final touch. Eat alone for that extra kick. A masala (spice) mix.
