Eddie | St. Francis Animal Rescue
http://stfrancisanimalrescue.co.uk/animalstory/eddie
Adopting an older cat can be even more rewarding than taking in a kitten. Older cats are often overlooked in favour of young kittens. It's understandable, who doesnt love a fat little tummy, huge loving eyes and a creature that get so tired so quickly that it will fall asleep face-first into its own food bowl? Eddie now lives very happily in "Hexhamshire" and we've been reassured that he is "King of the Cats"! Just a few photos to show you how Bentleys getting on! Roxy and Bella (aka Olivia).

Roxy and Bella (aka Olivia). A little update on a couple of rehomed kittens. We adopted 9 week old Roxy(tabby) and Olivia (now Bella, grey and white) in October 2013 and they just turned 1 on 10th August. We wanted two bonded, friendly kittens and we couldnt have wished for better kittens! Thank you to St Francis for looking after them so well in their early days, they'd obviously had a lot of intergration work done on them when they were tiny. Just a few photos to show you how Bentleys getting on!

Fostering | St. Francis Animal Rescue
http://stfrancisanimalrescue.co.uk/get-involved/fostering
Maybe you love the idea of having a pet but cant commit to one full time? Have you thought of becoming a fosterer? Do you have space in your home to offer an animal temporary refuge? All you need is a space, perferably away from other pets at first, to settle your foster in. We mostly deal with cats and kittens but will take in almost any animal in need. In the last year we have had dogs, rabbits, a ferret and 2 ducklings! You can pick when you take in fosters and when you want time off.
