Mozzarella and Tomato Salad. Californian Spring mix tossed with Champagne Vinaigrette, with Sliced Buffalo Mozzarella, and Sliced Red Tomatoes, Fresh Basil and Drizzled with White Truffle Oil. This lovely salad is best for late summer events when the tomatoes are picked fresh from the garden. Our wedding cakes are made by Janet Devine. Decorated in a simple but elegant style, our cakes and pastry compliment any of your menu selections. Made with a light vanilla genoise and layered with lemon curd and vanilla buttercream, this cake is a favorite served with fresh seasonal berries. Light chocolate sponge cake brushed with rum syrup and filled with rich chocolate mousse and finished with vanilla butter cream.
