EVEN IN TRAGEDY THERE IS COMFORT. November 30, 2015. The phone rang, it was one of those calls. The one to tell you that someone you love has passed away. I was sure I heard the name wrong, this can’t be true. He was too young, it’s impossible. You ask again, saying the name out loud, to make sure you heard them correctly. It was him, he’s gone. At first I sat there in shock, then I cried, then I got angry. I cried again. Then I began to pray for his family. How do we make it through such a tragic loss?
