The (mis)Adventures of a Wanna Be Martha. Aug 12, 2012. Plastic Wrap Nails Summer Challenge. So, I decided on the Miami Vice logo color scheme. I used CG Beach Cruiser as my base and CG Turned Up Turquoise as my top. I painted the Beach Cruiser and let it dry completely. One nail at a time, I put on a very thick coat of Turned Up Turquoise. While wet, I dabbed at the nail with crumpled balls of plastic wrap. Less is more on the dabbing. Easy enough to try? Be sure and check out my partners in crime:.
