Adventures of a Nomadic Van-Dwelling, Minimalist, Living Rent Free, Off The Grid. Cell Phone Booster system. Sunday, June 7, 2015. My stay at the Mesa has finally come to a end. After 2 months of unseasonable weather I've sat through snow, rain, and sleet. The temps are finally driving me to the higher altitudes. Spending most morning's hiking across, what seems to be a almost forgotten part of America. One can't help but wonder where is everybody? Do you have water? Heres a few pics. Hmmm interesting...

Haven 106: February 2014
http://haven106.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
In the meantime, the city community center offers a few cooking classes. They're a good starting point for me to get a feel and decide if I wanna go further. The cost is very low so I can afford to pay out of pocket for them. Links to this post. Should I stay or should I go. Since I had delayed my initial departure by two weeks I had also forgotten about my nephew's birthday. His party was this last Sunday and he turned four. Had I left on the 14th I would've returned the following weekend. My eye is sti...

http://travelingtikibar.blogspot.com/2015/02/superbowl-at-t.html
Monday, February 9, 2015. Superbowl at the Traveling Tiki Bar. So Superbowl Sunday started slowly (nice). I had a few visitors in the morning, asking details about the party, everyone staying in the area was invited. Lisa from Simply Lisa. Stopped by and offered to add more food to the party ( I cheerfully accepted she is a great cook). Dave from the east coast offered to bring desert . CAKES. Sherry from Utah offered baked potatoes (sweet). Others brought snack foods (whats football without snacks?

Fresh, Grey, and Black water tanks are too small (10, 18, 9 gallons). The lack of sensors means I kind of have to guess when they fill up and empty (every 4 days'ish). Lack of an oven to satisfy my need for baked foods. I love my casseroles. Overall layout not ideal for my current lifestyle. Lack of bathroom sink. I have to wash my dishes all the time if I intend to maintain a decent level of hygiene. Sometimes I'm lazy and don't want to wash the dishes. Lack of a couch. Oven Baked foods here I come!
