Plain and Simple -. Sunday, November 30, 2014. The last brush strokes went on the front door this morning. I love having some color on the exterior. Better yet - the neighbors all seem happy, too. I admit I was a bit worried. Most of the homes are very neutral relying on the tile roofs for their *pop* of color. I am sure that it adds to the neighborhood. I love how it came out, really beautiful color and the trim is perfect with it. You would fit right in our neighborhood! I like it :). Tom Miner Folk Art.

Tuesday, September 28, 2010. What have I been doing? Making scrap quilts, this one is Scrappy Bargello. The scraps just keep growing, and growing. Thanks goodness for Bonnie at www.quiltville.com and all her great ideas for scrap quilts. The grand kids love them and are not afraid to use them. May 8, 2014. So, it’s been a while. I haven’t made a post since November, and it’s now May. Since I last wrote, I’ve had some troubles concerning depression. But I’ve also recently acquired a job. It’s not a nice job. I’m quite against it actually. Really, what vegan EVER wants to earn money working in a staff kitchen scraping animal parts and secretions from plates from the people who buy this cruelty, only to end up throwing away half at a time…?
