I'm pretty tired as darling hubby's car had broke-down and we had been taking the train back home with our little darling cutish. I've used frozen chicken for this particular dish. Hey, I'm just following the call of the recent campaign to opt for frozen food although I must say that only certain dishes I would opt for frozen. Do note that frozen food once defrost. Watz Cooking In My Kitchen. Monday, April 14, 2008. White Cabbage Mixed Soup 白菜湯. Simple soup dish to make. Assorted seafood bits e.g. crabsticks, sotong balls, prawn balls, meat balls. Water x 1300ml approximately. Salt, pepper to taste. Wash, cut white cabbage into pieces. Soak mushrooms in tap water until soft then cut away the stems. Throw cabbage, chicken bone and mushroom and boil for 2 hours. When about to serve, throw in the assorted seafood ingredients. Add salt, pepper to taste. What Time Is It?

I took a flex leave so I was able to wake up at 11am to the smell of brick ham and cheese with egg sandwich, which hubby prepared. By noontime, he was gone for minutes and went back with a bouquet of beautiful fuschia pink roses! After lunch, we decided we would watch a movie. Too bad Juno wasn't showing in our nearby mall so we watched Jumper, which is also a great movie! What happens to Hiro?

It was perfect for our one night stay and was reasonably priced. The lady that ran the place was very helpful and we enjoyed visiting with her. Located at 2800 N. Main (Hwy 281) on the east side of the highway next to the house below, the RV park offers 14, mostly shaded, sites with full hook ups. Which was only a short distance away. June 26, 2011.
