1 can (14 ounces) reduced sodium beef broth. 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional. 1/3 cup golden raisins. 1/3 cup slivered almonds. In a medium saucepan, bring broth and salt to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in couscous, raisins and almonds. Cover; let sit 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. Serves 4 to 6. Check back monthly for NEW. Recipes to be found in.
