Tuesday, May 28, 2013. Day 1 of juicing wasn't a complete bust. I woke up early to give myself enough time to prepare juice for breakfast and lunch. I made a recipe that was called sunrise. It consisted of beets, oranges, and carrots. I never had beets before. It wasn't that bad. Quite good actually. My goal for tomorrow? I don't drink soda or sugared juices but I lately have not been drinking enough water which could explain the head aches. Tomorrow is another day and I will keep you posted along the way.

Monday, April 1, 2013. I haven't posted in awhile and want to apologize. Life has been throwing lots lately at Neil and myself. Neil started a new job, we've been back and forth between our apartment and our parents, and in the next week or two we'll be moving into my grandma's house. Monday, May 27, 2013. Chances can be the change you want! Somedays I wonder what it will be like once I've crossed the finish line and completed my goal. I have a long journey yet to go, but I love that I constantly am being inspired to try new challenges to keep pushing me on my way. My goal is to try to juice for 30 days, and depending on how I feel and my results, I may strive for another 30 days. I will blog the honest truth whether its good or ugly, I know this challenge is not going to be easy.
