Thursday, June 5, 2014. I just didn’t know how to express it. I didn’t know if I should even bother to bring it up. But it’s about to be a new season…summertime…and for the first time since I was a kid in school, I’ve been looking forward to summer. I don’t really care for the heat, humidity, sweat and mosquito bites. I’d take autumn any day. It also throws me off the track of having a “regular schedule” which I seem to like. The theme this year is "Pajama Party," so the girls wore their pjs. Jacob wasn't keen on wearing his flannel pants to school so he opted for more neutral wear. I can't believe this is Cate's last year. Wasn't she just this little? Tuesday, February 24, 2015. That means she will go to Atlanta to swim as well! Watch out Olympics, here comes Cate!

Wednesday was the 5th grade recognition ceremony followed by a reception in Claire's Garden. Cate received an award for the IB character trait "Inquirer!
