Growing up, my Grandmother would always make Heavenly Hash at the holidays. It was just a tradition. When I came across a recipe from Mom On Timeout for Pina Colada Fluff. 1 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple. 10 - 15 large marshmallows - quartered (I used kitchen shears to cut in half, and then half again). 1 tub of Cool Whip. 1 pkg Coconut Cream instant pudding. Frac12; cup flaked sweetened coconut. 1 - 2 oz package of chopped pecans (optional). Add Cool Whip, mix well. Add quartered marshmallows, mix.

My end of the week…. I’m sure it’s only the first of many. I plan on using it as a journal, for list challenges and to keep track and plan my blog posts and social media posts. I love anything Tex-Mex and this recipe is so good. It’s a must try. The super easy recipe is below. Enjoy! 2 lbs hamburger meat. 2 cans of Rotel (or any can of tomatoes with chilis will work). 1 can of Ranch Style Beans. 1 cup of shredded cheddar. 2 packages of cornbread mix. Eggs and milk (per cornbread directions). Brown hamburger meat and drain. Add drained Rotel, and undrained Ranch Style beans. Return to simmer. Remove from heat. Spread ½ of cornbread into the bottom of an 8x8 pan. October 18, 2015.
