Thursday, August 13, 2015. Stamp Simply} Watercolor Fall. I am SO ready for fall - but why is that? I love the warm weather and the green grass. I love the leaves on the trees and the sound of the cicadas and red-winged blackbirds, too. Somehow, though, when the afternoon sunlight filters through the trees to the ground below and gives that autumn shadow I just start to look forward to cool days, warm sweaters and hot chocolate. : ) I guess that's why my card today is fall-ish! Thanks so much for looking!

Monday, March 30, 2015. DeeDee's Digis} Somebunny's Thinking of You. Every once in awhile, I like to just print a sheet of digis and play. : ) It's so fun to just make cards and not worry whether or not they are "on trend" - no word dies, no fancy cover plates or mixed media-ness. just an image and some paper and some markers. I'm so grateful for my husband's good progress after his brain surgery that it is overflowing into my cards. : ) Today's card uses the gorgeous JustRite set Romantic Wild Roses. It always happens, when a new catalogue comes out, everyone starts focusing on the new products in the catalogue. I am mostly guilty of doing that too.
