Birthday Countdown – Sincerely Anna
https://sincerelyanna.wordpress.com/2015/01/28/birthday-countdown
Life, laughter, kids, faith, and open adoption. About Me/Our Adoption Story. January 28, 2015. January 28, 2015. The birthday countdown has begun. I don’t need to tell you how excited she is about her 7th birthday coming up on February 16th (“that’s Present’s Day, Mommy! 8221; You see, she had sweetly mis-read the calendar that said President’s Day). Oh my goodness, I love an enthusiastic mis-reading. I would’ve tried to make that garland myself, but it seemed a little out of my DIY comfort zone. Address...

Life, laughter, kids, faith, and open adoption. About Me/Our Adoption Story. Pretty as a Princess. January 17, 2015. Emmie felt like a princess getting ready for Anna’s wedding. Like in the cases of all princesses (I’m sure), a quick breakfast of Froot Loops at the hotel was the perfect start of the big day. She was good to go. We made it out in time for the girls’ early morning appointment at the hair salon. Or maybe I was just lightheaded from the hairspray fumes. January 18, 2015 at 1:18 am. You are c...

Spring Break – Sincerely Anna

Life, laughter, kids, faith, and open adoption. About Me/Our Adoption Story. Middot; Stories About Jake. April 8, 2015. January 10, 2016. I asked Emmie to make sure Daddy didn’t forget to take their picture because I was barely coherent on Easter morning before they left for church. A friend was nice enough to take one with his good camera, which made me quite happy. I missed being with my family! She had a great appointment (she’s still a peanut in size being in the 20th percentile for height and ...

Learning to Weave: 2010 Tri For the Cure
http://weavermomof2.blogspot.com/2010/09/2010-tri-for-cure.html
This is a blog about the adventures, shenanigans and musings of our family while we learn to trust God's weaving in our lives. Tuesday, September 7, 2010. 2010 Tri For the Cure. So, the craziest thing I did this summer was join almost 3,000 other women at Tri For the Cure. This is the transition area for Waves 1-5. I was in Wave 12, so there were at least 2 other sections that looked exactly like this. The bike portion was 11.2 miles. Here I am crossing the bike finish. I received a medal for finishing!

This is a blog about the adventures, shenanigans and musings of our family while we learn to trust God's weaving in our lives. Wednesday, October 21, 2009. Here's the thing about vacation - it's incredibly. Hard to come home. We were gone for 18 days, we've been home for 3 weeks tomorrow. Between you and me, I'm still not terribly excited about being home. Being with my family. Lazing around at the beach. Watching the kids have a great time. Not having to enforce choretimes or schooltime. 1 How do I take...

The hectic life of a mommy on her way to becoming an RN. Tuesday, July 10, 2007. Derek and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary last week. The Salesman Put a Hex On Us. I've been wanting to buy a futon for our back bedroom for some time now. But since I'm. Lazy, I hadn't really researched or shopped for one. Until the other weekend. We figured that with the wedding coming up this summer we might have a few guests visiting so an extra furnished bedroom would be nice to have. Oh Not to jinx you. but that was my mother’s birthday.". What in the actual hell was that supposed to mean? Was she some terrible monster? Or the angel of wedding deaths?
