Jul 26, 2015. Here's a fun way to give a gift card for coffee. This holder is. Made using a 3 X 11 piece of cardstock. I scored it at 4"', 6 1/2"' , 7 1/2", and 10". I used the 2 3/8 scallop circle punch to create the spot for the mini cup, then I created a small pocket to hold the gift card, which measures 2 3/4 X 2 3/4. Welcome, my name is Babette. So when Nelson Publishing, through booksneeze introduce me to another fiction book by him, I am thrilled. Christmas Stories. The title said it all!
