Wednesday, October 22, 2008. Went to visit my weight loss Dr. Terry Poon yesterday. 5.5 lb lost since Oct. 8 (2 weeks). Yea! Will continue on Phase I to lose faster. Since I do not crave sweet food and pasta, rice, Phase I diet is ok for me. Sunday, October 12, 2008. Deep fried filet of sole coated with flour, egg and bread crumbs. Wednesday, November 19, 2008. Sunday, November 2, 2008. First snow on October 21. Raspberry tea blend bought for $6. This piece of mushroom like stuff called Chaga bought for $10. The whole piece should be soaked in 3L warm water for 48 hours. Drink 3 cups each day. Said to heal a lot of illness even cancer. Purple carrot. Haven't tried it yet. D菠籮咕嚕肉最受歡迎。GRACE 同佢亞哥食到不停仲PACK埋返屋企添！ 好失敗。竟然無人記得影D菜，可能太美味，太吸引喇，有原隻鮑魚（三十二頭）每人一隻。紅燒圓蹄兩隻，蒜蓉焗開邊龍蝦每人一隻，鹽焗雞，花膠響螺煲雞湯等等，多到都唔記得左。到洗碗先記得無影相，真可惜。D鮑魚仲係浸左三日，蚊左兩日，要再整都幾難。 Kit's first seafood dinner at home. Tuesday, July 21, 2009. 有一個因公事認識的女朋友。於一月左右與她於午飯時傾談。她說最近有一天夢到她死了。但她回到她家裡。不是放不下她兩個年幼的兒子（未滿十歲）。而是放不下她的老公。因為她老公事事要她打點。連交信用卡數也論論盡盡。攪不清那是balance還是minimum payment.她說兒子長大有老婆照顧，但是老公沒有了她就不行。她是一個事業型的女人而她老公是一個非常虔誠的基督徒。早前辭了電腦programmer的職業（不記得是否layoff）。現在去讀神學預備做牧師。她還講笑說寧願她老公比她早死，因為如果她先死老公就沒有她照顧了。三月左右她也和兒子去香港三個禮拜。不知她老公有沒有陪同。四月中我回到加拿大。因公事打電話給她。她老細說她屋企有事暫事不能返...Sunday, July 19, 2009. 又係食龍蝦時侯喇！5蚊八毫八一隻龍蝦，非常抵食。蒜蓉焗香口，SHASHIMI 爽口又鮮味！ 正！ Sunday, July 12, 2009.
